Build Your Career in Hospitality

Join an owner-operated hotel company growing across Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and Idaho.

A culture built on Reputation, Retention, Results

Kansagra Partners is an owner-operated hotel company. The people who own our properties walk the halls, know their general managers by name, and pick up the phone when a property needs a decision. For our teams, that means short lines of communication, real accountability, and the freedom to fix problems without waiting on a distant corporate office.

Our values are working standards, not wall art. Reputation means every guest interaction and every brand inspection reflects on all of us, so we hold the bar high. Retention means we would rather develop and promote the people we have than constantly rehire, and we invest in training and advancement accordingly. Results means performance is measured, shared, and rewarded — from guest satisfaction scores to property-level revenue.

We operate 14+ properties across Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming under brands including Wyndham, Choice Hotels, and IHG, with two more under development. A growing portfolio creates real room to advance for people who perform.

Open roles

Openings vary by property and by season. We hire across hotel operations, front office, housekeeping leadership, revenue management, and sales — from line and supervisory roles at properties like the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Logan and the Comfort Suites in Loveland to corporate positions supporting the full portfolio. New projects, including the Holiday Inn Express & Suites under construction in Herriman, add openings as they come online, so we accept applications year-round.

Browse our property portfolio to see where we operate, or meet the leadership team you would work with.
