Kansagra Partners operates 14+ properties across Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming, with two more under development, under brands including Wyndham, Choice Hotels, and IHG. Running that portfolio day to day — from interstate-corridor properties in Tremonton to a ground-up Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Herriman — gives us a vantage point that most industry writing lacks. Posts will fall into three themes.
We are not building a content calendar. Hotels come first, and we would rather publish occasionally with something substantive than weekly with filler. When a post appears here, it is because we learned something worth sharing or saw something in our markets worth flagging. If a stretch goes quiet, assume we are busy operating.
